Title, Got Chips

Problem Scenario,

Lots of grease in chips.

Broad Question,

How much grease do you consume in a bag of chips.

Specific Question,

How much grease is in potato chips.

Hypothesis,

I think that the amount of grease that comes out of the chips is going to be a lot.

Variables

Dependent variables:

the mass of the chip times how many their is, and how much each paper towel weighs.

Variables That Need To Be Controlled:

What type of chip it is, how big the chip is, and how much grease comes out of the chip.

General Plan:

i'm going to take the chip set it on a paper towel and see how much grease comes off within a week.

Detailed Procedure

Fist i bought the chips, second i layed the chips with a small amount of chips. Let it sit for 5 days, recorded the data by measuring in grams. last i threw them away because the procedure was over.

i did the experiment and the results were, lays with 1.775 grams of grease, The Munchoes with 2.445 grams of grease, and last Wise's with 1.430 grams of grease.
